2 weeks down...
G'day!
It's been a busy busy week! Last time I wrote here, it was Sunday, and I had to still finish my work report. Well, that was due on Tuesday, and handing it in made my stress level go way down. Life hasn't gotten any less busy, but the WR was stressy.
Monday night, I went to see Pearl Jam in Toronto...bloody awesome! They played for a solid 2 1/2 hours, and played just about EVERYTHING! U2 had been in town for 4 days in the week before, so Bono came out & sang a cover of Neil Young's "Keep on Rockin in the Free World" with the band! Twas awesome! PJ also did an amazing cover of Neil's Harvest Moon...I love that song!
After the show, I had to go back and finish up the WR, so I went to bed around 3am that night, and alarm went off at 8am the next day, but I only slept for about 3 hours in there! I'm turning into an insomniac lately, yet I'm not *too* tired.
Wednesday was my 22nd birthday. It was a pretty good day - well, the day part was busy: lab, Mel's after the lab, class, 3 meetings, then Bomber that night! Bomber was alright...busy though :S Some of my friends who came after I did decided not to wait in line, and others waited for 2 hours, just for me :) So that sucked a bit though, especially the people that didn't get in :S I drank about 8-9 drinks that night, so I had a good buzz, but not drunk. Which is good, since I had class the next day!
Last night started swing dance! I was super-excited about it all day, and it felt good to be dancing again! I realized how much I missed it. I'm hoping to get some work done this weekend so I can go to the Argentine Tango lesson on Sunday afternoon.
This weekend will be a busy one. I'm heading to a movie with Mike & Geoff tonight I think, then tomorrow is "Country Jamboree" at ChemBAr. I've also got assignments to do for next week, and some stuff for Scunt, which I'm helping run next weekend, and a few other things! And coop postings are starting! Busy busy time...I love it! :D

Yay dancing! Lately I've started to miss my salsa lessons, so I'm going to check out a dance studio on Monday that's offering lessons. I'm pretty excited about it. Hope your tango lesson goes well!
