It don't mean a thing...if it ain't got that swing!

Oh man...suddenly today, I'm really looking forward to starting swing dance again - starts Thursday evening! For those of you that don't know, I joined the Queens Swing Club when I worked in Kingston for 4 months last Sept-Dec, and loved it! Then I joined the UW swing club from Jan-April when I was in school. The summer brought no swing dancing, and then I was talking to a friend of mine from QSC today, and it made me want to dance again. Only 4 days! Unfortunately, for the UW Club, they have beginner lessons on Thursday, and intermediate on Tuesday. I have night class on Tuesdays, so I guess I'm doing beginner all term. Oh well...it's still great fun!

Now, also according to Norm (friend from QSC) there's a workshop in October, which he asked me if I was going to attend. I didn't know about it before now, but if I can manage it, I'd love to go. I miss some of my friends in Kingston, and I would really really like to go to a workshop there & see them all again! We'll see if I can pull it off - I doubt it, b/c it's in the middle of the term (ie midterms) but it'd be awesome if I could go.
