Six Degrees
Finally a night off work. Amanda & I started watching this new show "Six Degrees" tonight - couldn't get into it though. There were too many story lines, and it was complicated.
However, at the beginning of the show, there was this monologue. Basically the show takes place in New York, so the monologue was basically talking about how "there are 8 million people in this city. And you never know which of those people you might meet one day, and they'll change your life forever." It's an interesting concept - very true. I could meet a life-long friend, or business partner, or future spouse, tomorrow. Or I might randomly talk to someone for 2 minutes, but something they say might change my outlook on life.
